White hairs in the 1st week of veg?

does anybody know what is up with the white hairs on this plant or if they are even white hairs? i have never seen this is just the first week of veg.

you should see the actual image zoomed in all the way. its the only seed i pulld from a very good bag of smoke and yes it is very interesting.
