White little bugs

i just noticed that i have little white bugs that look like tiny magets under my leaves what are they and how do i kill them and is there anything that kills every possible bug

Have you checked this out? Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver - Pictorial Look down where it says Symphilids. Is that them?

they look like that but to small to see if they have antennas or not but there under the leaves that said that they live in the roots but leaves are dying off

What does the damage that they do look like? Until we figure out what they are, u can squish them as u see them between ur fingers.

well i have seen some leaves chewed up and also alot of dying leaves

I would get some Fungus gnat killer and treat for symphilids. They cause the symptoms you are describing.
