White, silver spots on my leaves: help, with photo

every grow I do I seem to get these white silver spots on my leaves, does anyone know anything about why I get them? every thing looks healthy just seem to get them. very weird.

Check on the under side of the leaves with a microscope, loupe, or use binoculars n turn them around backwards and it will work just like a microscope. Look for bugs, I believe it to be thrips, they look like microscopic rice and usually hang out on lower shade leaves. If nothing is found the other question I'd ask is to you foliar feed or spray, what's room temp, what's humidity

That looks like insect damage, spider mites perhaps? Look at the underside of the leaves, they are very small, and for webbing which might indicate their presence.

I don't believe it to be mites based on the shape of "bite" and if there were that much damage from mites there would have been webbing and a noticeable amount of bugs. Thrips can do a lot of damage and not be very many of them.

yes it is thrips I have done 3 grows since this post and never seen a thrip be to days ago I did see some for the first time. so I have sprayed with soapy water
