White Widow auto trying to work out harvest time

Hi, I’m growing a white widow auto, outdoors, seed germinated 17/01/19 so it’s 8 weeks now.
shes quite small, as a bird ate half her leaves at 2 weeks in, which I think stunted her somewhat.
pistals are at maybe 40-50% turning brown, no yellowing of lower leaves. She’s really thirsty, probably getting water every second day which has nutrients in it.
trichimes are tricky suckers to see up close even with a macro lense, microscope and magnifying glass lol
they look to be all still clear, possibly turning milky.
im guessing she has two weeks to go, does that sound about right?

If your pistols are brown, she's on her way. Harvest just when amber starts to show up in the trichomes on the buds, not leaves, or when most are turning milky. Letting it go too long for more amber degrades THC.

So it’s about a week later, and I’m almost sure it’s ready but would love any second opinions before I make the actual cut. the top buds are milky with some amber trics which mean it’s ready I believe, however, the very lower buds are mostly all milky, I can’t see any amber. I was planning to cut the stem and trim the fan and most of the sugar leaves and then hang, so what happens if the lowers aren’t as ripe as the top ones. These are some newer photos, I have a little scope but man is it cuddly and hard to photograph with . Thanks for any input. The first photos are of the top bud, the last 3 are of the lower bud.
