Will Low Humidity and a Fan Cause Leaf Burn?

I've got some 6" vegging seedlings in a aero set up that are looking burnt. So I did a flush and lowered the nutes from 600ppm to 300ppm. However after a week they are looking terrible. The leafs are brown and turning crispy. The temps are only running at 75 to 78 degrees. I check the ph everyday and keep it at 5.5 to 6.0. I can only get the humidity to 20% right now due to some space issues. I have a fan about 10" away blowing on them pretty good. I am also using an 8 bulb t-5 about 8 inches from the tops. My main question is .........Could the fan possibly be drying the leaves out so bad that they are getting a burn??

Look at the watering schedule.
I tought kinda of the same thing with my plants.
My RH was down low too, I live in high altitude and have a very hard time getting it up to 40-50%.
I'm running a cheap humidifier til the plants start getting bigger anf the rh comes up easier.
