Hmmm, looks like either light bleaching from too close/too strong light, or a ph issue. That's the only time I've seen whitish colored spots like that. what are you growing in?

Me niether mate to be honest. What have you done over the last week that's been out of the norm? Added any wierd shit to the feed, changed lights or transplanted? Anything like that?
Kinda looks a bit like an extreme reaction to a change of lights but not sure. It also kinda looks like it might be an extreme reaction to a bad pH shift.
You checked the pH of the soil or the run off?
Did you spray or drip anything on it

You said you've only found it on a few bud sites. Has it spread? If they are the tallest bud sites, then I'd say light. ph should generally affect the whole plant equally as it causes lockout.
