A couple of days ago I accidentally picked off one of the top leaves. I was trying to see which leaves could be cut after watching a youtube video on 'FIM'. I plucked one of the new leaves by accident. Ever since then it has started showing signs of poor health and looks worse than ever before. This is the first time it has ever happened. it had always been a healthy plant. Its been two days..can she make it? I gave it a shot of superthrive last night in hopes of improving conditions..Please help.. Im panicking..

She's not looking bad to me. Taking a leaf off should not cause a problem.

Can't tell for sure from your picture but looks like the pot may be too small for the plant. What size pot are you growing in? Too small of a pot can cause problems. Would recommend potting up to a 3 gallon or larger pot.

If you are wanting to top you need to cut off the full top of the plant - It is often done between the 3rd and 4th nodes making sure not to cut off the little buds that are forming at the 3rd node.
