I know everyone asks but is my plant male or female?

Hey everybody. i know everyone asks the same question and there are many examples of it. but i'm still not sure about my plant... can you guys help me about finding out about the gender of my plant?

The stipules on females usually tend to cross while males stick up straight, but that's not always 100% true the best way to tell is waiting to see the sacs

Pre flowers usually reveal themselves around 6 weeks.

You can only tell 2 to 3 weeks after you give it 12/12 lighting. I've tried and can only tell when i finally see the little white hairs.

I'm getting use to sexing them now and its getting easy to tell. The males look like small buds are forming but never get the small hairs. The males will literally grow little balls.
