5150's Backyard 2011 - PAC. NW.

Water w/ the hose, that's what it is for. Especially outdoors. You don't pH your garden vegetables do you?

Ya I do infact. Look at this 7x8 foot tomato plant watered with PH fox farms. it would take about 5 people arm to arm to go around it. This was over a wek ago. Even bigger and taller now.

Comercial veggie growers Ph there soil for sure.

That being said I seen huge plants with no PH concern at all. PH adjust works for me so I stick with it. Members ask me my methods so I tell them. 5lbs plants so I am not changing anything right now.

Peace friend.

Got a new camera. So took some night pics. Really happy with the potted plants. Suckers are really putting on the growth. I added a 6 foot latter for size. My bushy potted plants are pretty cool.

The plants with the ladder next to it are all White Widow. The potted bushy plants are sour desiel, AK-47 and Afgan Delight.

The ones in the ground are (starting from closest to veggy garden}

My dog snapped a branch clean off today. No fixing this one. I put a stake in the ground and pull another branch over it the spot. Dog is now hiding under the van. He knew he was busted as soon as I picked it up. Couple good swats with the branch and he is hiding now. Also got my camper van parked next to my plants. Has power and even a TV and fridge. Sure beats a tent

Got on my roof and took a few pics.

Different plants like different conditions and pH is one of them

Well as expected I had to tear into my veggie garden today. The plant was growing into the checken wire. The pepper can stay for now.

I will also state the starins in these pics the best I can.

Corner of the garden moved. This plant is a C-99. She will finish only in 50 days. :) :) Good girl.

I notice with my not watering until the plant droops method some plants will stick up there leafs the night before it needs water. I will water this plant tomorrow moring or afternoon. The same night it gets water they will sleep like the others next to it are.

I think the roots know they are about out of water and are busy looking for water not letting the plant sleep.

Okay I am stoned for sure. But why else would a plant stick it leafs up in pitch black everytimes it needs water the next day?

really enjoy your journalling and pix: I have a plant who does the same thing with upright leafing action at night. I'm fairly stingy with water. My lady's half sister (same watering schedule both of them are part-Ice blends) has never exhibited this behavior... Since I talk to my plants ALOT , and coo at them fairly constantly I thought the upright leaves might just be a part of the conversation. only sort of joking ha ha :circle-of-love:
it's getting to be a beautiful time of the season for sure... besties to you

AWSOME wow i about lose it when i see your plants, good job! You are truely a groundLBDER! my wheels are already turning for next year.:peacetwo:
