Help to identify a bulb and the usage of it

Hi great people!

I'll get right to the point. A couple of years ago I was given a bulb that was to be used on an outside light pole that is actually a power company's set up. It was night activated. I never replaced the bulb because I don't have any way of getting up to the lamp, it's way too high and I can't jump. The lamp "arm" extends out about 5 feet, I can't stretch my arms that far either. LOL

I have no idea what this bulb can or cannot do for me as far as my grow room, heat...light intensity...what kind of ballast and power needed, etc.

Thanks so much if someone can give me some details on this bulb, I've been on the internet researching it, but am still confused.

I think I've answered my own question. From what I've been finding this bulbs only gives out 15000-16000 lumens and is 150Watt.
I will have a heat issue I'm sure, So I'll stay with my CFL bulb plan.
