Hermaphrodite or excess of calyxes

Have you seen anything like this? Buds are formed out of an excess of calyxes or pollen sacks? It's a Critical Thunder auto from MSNL. Healthy plant and the sister looks just normal. Nothing else done to it, only some LST. Could you please help me? I removed her/him from the tent for now.

Thanks AngryBird. I already looked at everything I could find online and still can't decide. The whole bud is getting formed by, what it looks like, calyxes, because white hair grows out of it. But I've never seen anything like that. Look at picture 5. I am not just talking about the formation at nodes.

Look like Calyx's to me from what I can tell by pic, pretty sure Hermies have the nanners (banana shaped things)....but I haven't had a Hermie problem as of yet.

Thanks for your input. I decided to keep her for the following reasons:

- it seems those are just swollen calyxes
- I removed about twenty and they didn't have a seed in 'em
- they weren't attached by a stem
- they had hair growing out of them (some of them had a brown, barely visible hair, but still there)
- after looking trough many swollen calyx threads on 420, I finally got reassured in my decision

I could be wrong and I could regret this decision later, as I don't have a lot of experience with this wonderful plant, but that's where I am at right now.

you made a good decision... those were simply normal female parts on a normal female plant. If she had been pollinated, you are right, there would have been a seed growing in there... think ovary... female... normal...
