I have a similar setup and start day, so dropping in to say hi. You have lots of trichomes on the leaves!
How do you figure flower will be 10-12 weeks? I thought it was closer to 8 weeks. First time grower here.

It was uvb stress. I was running the uvb early flower but the lights are just too powerful so I'm only gonna run last 2 weeks of flower. I was playing with fire and the plants got burnt lol.

Hello and welcome. Im hoping by 10-12 weeks if I flower that long they will fat and full of trichomes. Gonna run uvb last two weeks and stem splitting last week so they should be layered with trichomes. Hopefully! Good Luck with your grow, i will check it out!

I'm subbed @Robb87 , plants look great. I'm using FF Trio also so it's great to see where you are at with them, are you using anything else? I have rust spots on a few of my old leaves also, wondering if I should just let it slide? Did you do anything specific to address that?

Thanks and welcome. Tbh I don't do anything special. I use spring water by the gallon from Wally world. I use 4 tbsp of the general feed + 3 tsp tiger bloom. I only feed and water prob once a week. I don't use any call mag or any other supplements. I wouldn't worry about it the rust spots. Make sure the water is at good ph and don't use tap. I wouldn't add anything myself. The plant will live and do fine.

I'm on a well here @Robb87 , water is right about at 7ph and it tastes good, I think it's pretty clean. I should try some of the spring water filling spots around here. I know it seems trivial, but even the cheap bottled water is a burden on my budget atm.

I watched a grower do that a couple of years back. For him it didn't make a difference, but that was just two plants. Curious to see if you find a difference beyond what you would expect the last week of trichome development.

I am very curious to actually see it myself. I will be doing some before and after photos for everyone. It only makes sense, stem splitting is massive stress on a plant by all means and plants are at the end of their life. So their only concern is to protect there offspring, by adding more trichomes!! Trial and Error

lol, do some googling and see what you come up with. there isnt a lot of info out there but enough for me to want to attempt it myself. Yes, a magnet has both poles but the magnetism is different. Im gonna try it on my next grow.
Magnetism is what George Clooney has! Google says all magnets have a north and south pole .
