Are these the start of flowers. I took it as close as i could.

HI Rillos, yepper you have flowers starting, I believe I see pistils in there. 
Also, the leaves in the last picture have some holes in them. Do you know what that is from? I see little white specks on them too. The leaf looks like bug munch holes. Hope that isn't what it is, but better to check and be safe. ;-)
If you have a magnifier, or a loupe...I would check those leaves very closely top and bottom for bugs.
