I would still wait brotha. You are doing good and the plants look to be coming back nicely! I would keep your waterings to a low like you have been, spraying these babies every now and then! Give them a week or so more then hit with a 1/4 dose nutes. I think a good rule of thumb is to wait atleast a month before nutrients. And if they have had problems in that time period, wait that extra time period until using nutrients.
