1st timer grow setup

This is my first grow! Hoping to get some input on anything that maybe I've missed. Here is my set up

Soil: Coast of Maine Stonington Blend
Lights: 2 60w daylight cfls and an LED panel w red/blue lights
Heat: a ceramic tower heater
3g fabric pots
Seeds: pineapple express auto from barneys farm and northern lights auto from sensi seeds

At about week 4, they seem to be growing much slower than I was figuring for autos, but I didn't expect insane results from my first try.

I don't have any experience with autos. Look for a thread called auto growers club. Lots of experience there

I think those cfls are too weak, i am using 250w cfl in my setup that looks similar to yours. So I got one 6500k 250w and another 2700k 250w plus a full cycle 130w led. To the left on the pic is around day 60 and the plants to the right around day 20 I believe.

Not bad but not awesome either haha making loads of mistakes and trying to learn from them as much as possible!

Nope lol it has not started yet, in going to try and flip it to 12/12 it suppose to be an auto but I don't think it is, I might have to kill it cause the roots are getting outta control, and i can't move it to my other tent which is in different location
