So i am running hps for flower and led, metal halide for veg, but im want to switch to cmh maybe, so which would be better for yeilds and quality a 315cmh or 600watt hps

CMH is a newer technology, it's consumption is much lower, the coverage is better and its dual spectrum lighting - the plants love it.
I have not grown under CMH lights but @Lowrider72 is a master with them and he's got a thread dedicated to CMH specifications that you should read through, and if you got any questions on CMH that's the place to ask them i think.
