So i have critical purp auto fem seeds that i planted... It says 11 weeks to harvest...is that from seed in the ground or once plant start to grow...

No problem. Those are approximated harvest times though and will vary especially when you take into account the individuals growing environment. It's hard to tell with the purple pictures but it looks like you still have a few weeks yet.
Get your self a jewellery loupe 60xmin is recommend look at those trichromes
