Plz can an experienced grower tell me if my plants are hermies. this is my first grow and I'm 4 weeks into flower. don't know if these are male pollen sacs or swollen calyx

No, those are swollen calyx. You are fine.

Most of the time hermies do not have exposed male parts. They are very hard to find. Sometime they are deformed and shoot out and the are called nanners and those can be easily found. But most of the time the make sacks form inside the area the female flower is stacking so you can't see it.
