Oh, I don't know anything about that. I saw other people saying that if you're new to paypal they hold funds for 21 days? Again, my transaction went really smoothly but I think I was one of the first few people to send them an email and my paypal is ancient.

Does this look normal? I'm afraid I'm going to get ripped off. And I'm really depending on this light to get my 4*2 going in a week or 2

It shouldn't be pulling that much. It is rated to only pull 105W.

Ahhh... ok. We were talking about different lights. I was speaking of their P1000 that looks like this. If I may add also that the P1000 would be the one I buy, which I did. LOL

When u ordered it what did u get for an email. I got a receipt but nothing about when it will be shipped or anything

Umm I can't order a pack of toothpicks, I got a friend to order it for me. Sorry I can't help you with that. I do believe we received it in good time though.
