Bubba Kush seeded on me!

Wow what a kick in the ass. My 3 girls were doing so well. Chopped them down only to find seeds through out the 3 plants. Its my first time using fem seeds. Is this the norm when growing with fem seeds?

It can happen with regular seeds as well, you only need one or two staminate flowers, deep in the canopy somewhere. The seeds should not affect potency, only yield.

Any kind of stress can cause this, especially with over-bred genetics and seeds derived from plants that have easily hermied.

What Richard said is on point. So many factors can cause it. Was that plant ever stressed out or anything changed from the others? Closer to the zipper in a grow tent? 10 years ago I had this pheno of DJ Shorts Blueberry that was one of my favorite moms but she would toss nanners if the night/day temperature fluctuated drastically. I learn this trying to force purple plants. Those seeds should be feminized if im not mistaken?

I was told feminized seeds have that problem sometimes. It hasn't happened with Dark Angel. I just ordered Bubba Kush!
