Cloned from Mother Plant but clone came out to be HERMI

ok well one of my buddys have a nice set up, indoor, 400watt hps, soil, two 12" fans intake and exhaust he had a female plant deff so he cloned it and acouple of his clones turned to a hermis what can cause this? he also gives them proper nutes and supp also waters every other day

Yeah pretty much any kind of stress on the plant can cause it to turn. Sorry for your buddy's bad luck. Just tell him in the future to try and keep the environment as consistent as possible.

2 times I have had KNOWN female clones Hermi!
I decided it was FAN caused stress. as it was the 2-3 nearest teh oscillating fan.
last time just 2 branches in teh back hermied & polinated an entired 9 plant crop! :-( SAD day there!
