After finally finding a method of cloning that for me was 100% (bubbler), it has never been easier.....until....
I got some seeds from a friend that grew great, mostly sativa, and nice looking plants. Having only five plants, I figured I should clone a couple to keep the strain going. I did everything the same as previous sessions. Same cutting method, same water, same food, same temps, same everything. Out of eight cuttings, six lasted for 23 days, then crapped out. The seventh went 33 days and finally grew a root (it is now transplanted in coco and doing fine). The eighth cutting finally showed a root this morning.....42 days!
So, to all the first timers, don't get discouraged if you don't see roots in 14 days, it may take a few more.
