Not far into bloom and covered with frost. Why don't I ever get that one?

I get lucky once in awhile when I pop seeds, usually the first one out of a pack after that its a crapshoot, Thanks for swinging by BrotherNot far into bloom and covered with frost. Why don't I ever get that one?
