Just moved my plants into my grow tent, and the one is starting to curl up a bit, doesnt appear to be dried out . My ppm is at 600 ph is 5.9 light lux is 4000 humidity 75% temp 21 degrees.

Any ideas?

how much aeration is in the bucket ? I ask because the more you have the less nutes you need ...example I didn't get over 650 ppm my entire last grow and even got tip burn at that level...and that looks like a baby ...as crazy as it sounds I would take the ppm down to 100-150 .

This is what it looks like now! Cant seem to figure out why, I lowered the ppm to 400. Still too high? not high enough?

Yes the ppm are still to high if you are using ro water to mix your nutes as tap water ppm can be all over the map ..for that stage I am using 100-150 ppm solution.this is what it looks like to me ...your lady is about 10 days old , her leaves are bleaching from light and they are curling inwards (praying for water). when a plant is in a overfertilization situation ...water is drawn from the plant , thus drying the plant out ...is she in a rockwool cube , root riot cube ? ...either way flush her out with and ph'ed water and put her under a florescent to recover . unfortunately she doesn't look like she has much time . also take a look at her roots.
