What to do with the world's driest weed? Tempted to crush it like oregano and make a batch of butter for baked goods. Taste isn't an issue since it's got none!
Aroma is there, and I'm betting that much weed has to have some THC left in it.

I see no problem with using dry weed to infuse or in edibles. Whenever I decarb my buds in my Ardent, they come out very dry but are perfectly fine as edibles.

Got the 58% humidor packs today
Had 2 jars that weren't complete crap so tossed 1 in each see if they mellow out

Freeze it and make Bubble Hash. That's what I do with all the trimmings, and popcorn bud. Works great!

Try boveda - they keep the moisture at 62% which is perfect for long term storage.

The packs you're using are not for cannabis or not for use for curing.

If you're talking about those little packs that come with electronics, shoes etc... Don't use those. Just the boveda packs
