I find this to be a perfect time to give them about a 1/4 watering, just around the outside edges. You don't want to give enough that it builds up at the bottom and adds days to your watering cycle, but a little bit around the outside edges every 3 or 4 days when you are still waiting for them to drain the bottom, can be a very good thing and can help increase root mass by enticing lateral growth. Remember that there are two sets of roots, the top spreader roots and the deep bottom feeder roots, and I think that not letting them go more than 3 or 4 days without a drink in the top roots, also helps keep metabolism high, and actually accelerates growth, rather than letting them sit for a week without water.they're currently light as a feather but aren't drooping, so Idk if I should water just yet, or let them droop a little to tell me.
