I got a question for you more experienced growers or anybody with a good idea!

I have 3 clones and they're kinda like SuperGirl, Woman, adolescent. What should I do?

Second question: Which light should I get? I can get a 600 watt LED without dimmers but veg and flower, or a 450 watt with all the bells and whistles. They are the same price. Please explain your choice.
