Strawberry2 is growing great shes short and nice big leaves

Mid2 is growing great!

I have their gallon pots ready for transplant made up with peatmoss and perelite 50/50 could i go ahead and transplant or wait a little? Im a little worried about the roots growing into the styrofoam if that could even happen lol. Also can i get s timer for the lights at lowes or home depot?

There's no way to estimate that, eventually you'll have a 'feel' for what needs to go into it. You need that ph meter... and that ph down says for plants not aquariums right? I believe theres a difference. Order a meter or grab a ph shake tester from your nearest hydro store

Amazon is you best friend here. Spend the 10 or 12 bucks. Get the general hydro PH kit. It's got up down and drops. It's not spot on. But itll get you close. Get in the habit of testing your water each time. I have seen mine go up and down a little bit from summer to winter. Amazon also sells a 10 dollar hygrometer I recommend that. It does humidity and temp all in a small unit.
Cheap exhaust.. get some old PC fans and a 12v cellphone or old cordless phone charger.
Pull the air in from down low and exhaust out the top or topside. Go with a passive intake unless you need the extra air.

I understand that this is a budget grow. But the best advice I can give is. You get out what you put in.and that's not just in regards to money. Do your homework. Learn what a plant needs. And spend time trying to recreate that perfect environment.

Day 9 update last night i transplanted to their 1 gallons except for strawberry1, since shes the smallest i left it to let the roots develope stronger also i gave them their second watering. Soon im ordering General Hydroponic nutes and getting a color strip ph tester.

Alright everyone its day 13 and a couple days ago i got my hands on a ph tester so now i am phing my water to around 6.0 to 6.3. Now that most plants are starting their 4th node so i thought today would be a good day to try out the FIM method and also this is their current set up!

Day 23 its been a while! Not much has changed i did get my order of GH 3 part nutes so im excited to see explosive growth lol i was doing LST and my plan is to do the spiral so i can keep it in a tighter space but like an idot i temporarily tide it down with fishing string because at the time i didnt have anything else and it ended up choping one down so i ended up just pretty much topping the other strawberry to keep them relativly the same size but enough talking and time for pictures!

Day 36 and finnaly got rid of that dreadful heat trapping box. I made a diy tent with mylar and pvc and its has made an amazing improvement. i have done more LST and been giving them half a teaspoon of micro grow and bloom you can see some difeciencys but this is my first time im not a pro with them so help would be appreciated. The effort seems worthless with no one chiming in. I might throw them into flower very soon or wait another week i havent decided. But im super excited about finding sex so i can get some more room for the girls! But without furthur ado!
