First time grower looking for advice

so as promised here is close up pics and as you can see... i have an issue with this green gunk in the bottom of my pails.. not alot and not effecting the girls but is this something i should be worried about.

i clean my pails every week when i put in new nutrients so its not in there long.

my pails are food grade just in case that is a concern.
