First time grower

I'm a first time grower planning on using a walk in closet on the third floor of my house. Currently germinating 10 seeds in plant squares.

Current setup is a single submerged pump(On a timer for three times a day) pumping water up a single hose with 8 smaller tubes leading to my buckets.

These foam filled buckets are fitted onto a rectangular Pvc pipe grid that drains back into my main water supply.

Any help on
Nutrient levels? Or popular brands for my water supply?How often?
Optimal lighting wattage and distance?
Ph controls?
Or anything that I might not know
Would be greatly appreciated

I've painted the room white and double primed the walls hopefully for smell.
Planning on using a home made activated carbon filter out a nearby window. The water has been cycling through empty pots for about a week to ensure all chlorine and other Hard materials have evaporated.
