First time on my own - Please need advice

I've been reading around the forums and my i clearly know a lot less about growing than I though. Done it with a friend before and yield was OK but now I'm on my own...

Started 2 feminised under 12/12 coming up for 3 weeks ago under 400w. Should I not be seeing bud by now? Not done from seed before am I missing something?
