For germinating can I just put my seed in a air and light proof bag and put it on top of my light to keep it warm?

Could I just put the wet paper towel into a light proof bag and place ontop of my light on a plate or something caus eno where in my hous eis warm enough

depends on how hot the light gets. you can cook them dead before they germ.

Get the paper towel wet then squeeze it out tightly then add the bean and fold it closed and put it in a zippy bag sealed in a dark cabinet. Everyday prepare another wrung out moist paper towel for when you check it put it in the freshly squeezed one. A good bean will pop in it on day 3 or 4

My cabinet isn't very warm, generally my house is lower than the 25c the seed needss
