Germination Dry Out

I soaked my seeds for 18 hours in water then placed them in a paper towel. they showed taproots and looked fine. went to work and came back and the paper towel was completely dry. i then had my ph balances rock wool cubes and put the seeds inside there and inside my humidity dome with my seedling heat mat. Do i still have a chance or are these seeds done for? need help please and thank you!

Once you start getting the seeds moist and then they dry out they are pretty much no good no more one here in there may pop but the majority of them will die

is it worth letting them sit in the rock wool to see what happens?

Me personally I would give them until my new seeds pop and then I would get rid of them nine times out of 10 they are not going to germinate

Thanks, but technically didn't they already germinate they were showing taproots and had already cracked?

If they all have cracked and then dried out they are no good at all I figured only one or two poptails and the rest we're still sitting

thats not what i wanted to hear but i appreciate the help guys imma go seed shopping again lol thank you brother!
