Grandaddy Purple DWC

Back in April 2021 i sprouted some grandaddy purple fem seeds from herbies (blimburn). Since that time ive kept clones/mothers. I was taking clones off mother plant, then to acceltate things i put mom in flower right after cutting clones. They rooted and became moms, etc. there is a term for that type of cloning (vs keeping one mother plant) but cannot recall it…. Chain cloning? Maybe?? Anyway, this is a mostly pictorial documenting of the latest generation clone from that 4/20/21 plant from 12/12 switch to current.

Tent is 8x4. Light is spiderfarmer se5000 led. Nutes are General Hydroponics flora 3 part plus calmag in RO water.

This is about the time she got nute lockout and we went from hard ass tap water to ro.

About day 66 since pistils..so, about day 78 since 12/12 flip.

Harvest coming soon. May try dark period 3-4 days before chop. Keep ya posted

Harvested this lady today. She is only hanging temporarily while i await some drying racks due today. I normally hang for 10-14 days then jar for curing. She will dry in the racks. More pics to come as we trim and dry.
And the smell is strong but sweet!!

Went dark for 60 hours before harvest for first time.

Also went water only for last 8-9 days.

I hate trimming!!!! But… ive broken dwc plant down and put on racks to dry. Here are some pics of the harvest. Will update after drying and jarring on weight. Pretty decent harvest from a single plant though. And STANKY!

So after drying this grandaddy purple that suffered some nute lockout or similar issues in early flower produced a smooth 11.6 ounces of good bud. Probably another ounce of larfy bud and stuff.

I ran out of mason jars so awaiting those to accommodate the bagged buds.

I will Let it cure for about a month but will likely take a lil sample today just because i can.

Overall a good lil semi scrog grow!!
