Help! 1 Day Old Seedling Pulled Out Of Soil!

So I have a sour girl Auto that came up with the seed still on. I gave her a day and because Autos are so picky, I went ahead and decided to take that seed off so she could continue to grow. Although I've done this a hundred times without a problem, this time when I pulled the shell off the little Seedling came up out of the dirt with a Taproot about a little over an inch long. I quickly buried her back down in the dirt with her two first leaves up out of the soil. Has anyone ever done this? Will she be okay? Thank you for any advice!

Should be fine, May cause a little stress but should bounce back quick. Just drip a little water around soil covering root area.

I dropped the solo cup that my current auto was germinated in on the kitchen floor,
everything popped out....I put it all back in,including the naked little seedling,and
she never missed a beat-it bothered me alot more than it bothered her,so I'd say you're fine,as long as the taproot didn't break off in the process.
