Is this normal for my seedling?

This is a Northern Lights Auto growing in a 7 gallon cloth pot Fox Farms ocean Forest with perlite. Stop watering today. I was watering with pH water every 12 hours to keep the seed moist. Is it normal for her to have come up sideways like this? I had to blow some dirt out of the way to expose her because it had been a few days and I hadn't seen anything and I was afraid I buried her too deep. Again just seeing if it's normal for her to look like this? She is now 250 under a 300 watt full spectrum LED. I haven't turned my other lights on yet as I don't want to burn her. This is only my fourth grow so I appreciate any help I can get! Thank you in advance!

It happens, especially if there's a clump on top of the seed. She'll straighten out soon.

If she is in a 7g pot, you should only be watering about a quart every 5-6 days at this point...she doesn't need much water and you don't want to drown her.
