Help! I woke up this morning to my plant leaning over near the top. As I was propping it up I noticed this jumping flying insect in the back. I killed it. But then I noticed another. This one was kinda hard to kill. He jumped from plant to plant from wall to wall. When I did squish him he jumped back up and kept going another 3 rounds until I grabbed a sandpaper block and squished him. But how the hell did I get these inside my house overnight??? And how can I get rid of them without spinosad or whatever it's called bc I currently am broke. There were only 2 visible but i'm worried there might be more hiding behind the reflective mylar wall covers. Im growing in a small box btw. But is there a chance those were the only 2. They were also full on adults. Should I empty my box out completely and clean it??
