Hey guys,

Wondering how long it takes a predominant indica strain (GDP) to go from cloudy to amber? I'd say 60% of the pistils on each plant are amber but lookin closer at the trichomes and they are still just cloudy mostly. Finishing week 8 of Grand Daddy Purp and not sure when will be the right time to harvest (first grow lol). I'll Add some photos below. Any help will be great!

Also if you've grown this strain before any tips would be welcome :ciao:

Have not grown that strain, but looks like they could go longer. If you have a loupe, that is the easiest way to see the trichomes...and cloudy means they are close. If the pistils are 60% brown that, to me, means you have a week or more. If I am eyeballing the pistils for color I usually wait until they are 80%+ brown...seeing white means they are still growing.
