They aren’t autosPurified water is expensive. Something wrong with your tap water??
Don't need to run carbon during veg. You run the possibility of clogging it if your rh is above 70%. Leave that for flower.
Raise your rh if you need to. You base this on temperature using a vapor pressure deficit (VPD)chart.
Looks like they just got away from you. Tip or lift those pots daily. Do it when you rotate your plant 1/4 turn. This will get light to different parts of the plant. You don't have many leaves but its a good habit to get into regardless. You'll be able to check your pots then for water weight while you are doing this.
The bottom leaves don't look terrible and the plant can bounce back assuming it's not an autoflower.
