First time grow question

I germinated 4 feminized cheese seeds (2 using shot glass, 2 using paper towel) all germinated successfully and i placed them in the soil around 12 noon yesterday and had my lights set to start at 4am this morning, they started i went to check on them when i woke up around 10am this morning i am seeing some of the white roots (germination roots) above ground.

is this a problem?

should i use tweezers and switch them or will this cause unnecessary stress?

should my lights be on at this stage?

It could possibly be a problem. When you planted them which side was up? The white part or the seed?

i planted white (root) down, it just uprooted it self, i reset it with tweezers and it seems to be doing fine, 1/4 has poped the ground and i just moved it outside the humidity dome. i also ordered one of these

just to be safe on lighting. Im hoping that when i get up tomorrow a couple more may have sprouted up
