I'm going on a trip 2 months after harvest - Should I vacuum?

i will harvest 2 months before i leave for a trip (2 month road trip). should i dry and cure it normaly, then vacuum it in vacuum sealed canister.

whats my best option.

I use a Foodsaver vacuum with the jar sealer.

In a quart jar add the cannabis and I put in a Boveda 62 pack the seal the jar and screw the lid on. That is after it has fully cured, but I open the jars every month or so just to give them a wiff then I reseal them.

Last summer I was clean out my jar area and found a half pint jar with a bud of Querkle that I harvested in Jan 13'. My GF and I smoke it and it was still very pliable, had that grapey fragrance and it smoked great.

I now have some of each of my grows from fall 13' to now spring of 16'.

As you know, the drying and curing are the key element!

thanks ! i will dry for a week then i will cure for 2 month and i will seal it for the duration of my trip. i think i will use the same sealer as yours.
