And now the fun stuff:

Appearance: Please see the pictures, they represent appearance better than my words. There's a shot of the plant and a cola shortly before harvest, and the pictures of the finished buds are buds directly out of my head stash jar, curing since 12/11. 3 months and 9 days. All pictures taken outside in natural sunlight.
Taste: Very complex. Differs a little even bud to bud it seems. I get a fruity, diesel-y taste first that quickly becomes a fresh, sweet sort of taste/feeling on the palate (I think this is supposed to be the strawberry) and then fades to a sort of spicy/sour finish. The fruit/citrus is pretty obvious, although pinning down a fruit to compare it to - I couldn't do it. Just fruity without tasting like any one specific fruit if that makes sense. The really interesting part for me is the sour/spice thing at the end. It lingers on the palate for a bit and you end up smacking your tongue against the roof of your mouth in defense of the sour and to make saliva (can anyone relate to this?)..... like when you eat a piece of lemon rind or something sour. The spice is harder to pin down. I want to say something sort of cinnamon-y but more pungent, almost clove-like. That part seems to depend on whatever - what I ate before, what I drank last, etc, but it's always in the finish. Call it a peppery, clove-y, cinnamon-y twist to finish. Lol.
Smell: Equally complex, especially after curing for over 3 months. Very similar to the taste, only in the odor I get more of the spice and less of the sweetness, with a sour fruit that smells "gassy" or "diesel-y" over the top. It's very unique, a profile I've never had before, especially the spice part.
Buzz: Spectacular. Strong. Balanced. Long-lasting. Begins in the head and becomes half head/half body after about half an hour. Hits hard on first toke and comes on immediately. VERY mood enhancing, which is why I believe it is said to be good for depression. You can't help but smile at just about everything with this buzz. I wouldn't say it's a particularly "focused" buzz - more like, for me, a great hang out and trade war stories kind of buzz. Haven't tried playing on it, and although It felt fairly good on the creativity level, I think it's too unfocused to be a great playing buzz, at least for me. The mind wanders, again, at least mine does. GREAT buzz that fits a specific mood for me. Comes on immediately. Begins by making the entire head feel cool. That feeling flows downwards and for me reached to about the middle of my chest, maybe a bit lower. Starts in the head, moves to the body. Mood enhancement is almost immediate. Smiling out of nowhere by yourself in a room and wondering what you're so amused about. Lol. Fairly long lasting, 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Nice gentle curve down, although the up is pretty intense. Non-veteran smokers would perhaps be well served to start slowly with this. Heh.
Smoke: Medium density. Smooth. Almost buttery feeling in the mouth. Very pleasant to smoke. No cough. Off-white.
THC: Obviously guessing, but I believe I hit mid-20s or so on this girl, maybe 25-26%? Hard to tell without testing of course.
Growing it: Couldn't be easier. No deficiencies the entire grow. Healthy start to finish. This one was the runt of the three for a while and then made up ground in late veg/stretch. She finished as the top yielder of the three plants. The buds get very dense and very heavy, and hold a lot of moisture. She needed lots of undersupport. Changed color beautifully for me towards the end, the second of the three to turn panorama. LOTS of side branching, what I'd call medium inter-nodal spacing, not super tight but not at all stretched out. Very much grew like a hybrid and came out more like a 50/50 than a 65/35 sativa. This is probably my most balanced hybrid in effect of all of them on all levels, including how it developed and how the buds looked and formed. She could have had a bigger pot. 7s at least next time. Great genetics and I will grow her again. She also STUNK once she hit flower. I would say she was medium/high level frosty.
Medicinal: I am not a person who suffers from depression, but based on how effortlessly this weed enhances the mood, I would suspect that as they advertise, this would be great weed for depression. Physical pain relief was average to good.

I guess I'm beginning to understand the legend and reputation of this bud. Strong, balanced, mood enhancing, and super tasty with a great yield and easy to grow and to trim. Not a lot of downside here. I would perhaps hope for a more sativa pheno next time. I strongly suggest using MSA or some silicon product, at least for veg, if you grow this. Otherwise you'll be using yoyos and stakes and bamboo and anything else you can to support the buds. Lol!!! Make sure your support stems are strong.

Lots of folks have grown this. I hope someone else who has may chime in on this. I'd love to know how well my smeller and taster are working these days.

Thanks for reading my grow report/review guys, I appreciate it and hope you enjoyed!

Now, the best part.......PORN

So here are a few pictures of the Hulkberry while she was still growing, towards the end, including a shot of how sweet her colors turned.

This is a picture of a trimmed bud as it looked on December 11th when it hit the jar.

And here is the head stash jar, a look at it's contents (heh), and a couple bud closeups of the test bud from today.

Hi @Jon, I also harvested it a few months ago and I had about 600g of four plants with everything. The taste of my plant is a bit harsh to slightly scratching, it is true that it was my first growth with feminized seeds so I had a bit of a problem. And I also don't think so. High THC like you would say 18% but as I say enough mistakes. But I plan to try again. Otherwise, the buds are like a stone and look great. And that's about it @Jon;)

Thanks @Kanno26. Yes, we talked a little about your Hulkster. If you weren't satisfied the first time but you like the strain, I bet if you took what you have learned since and applied it now you'd have better results. The learning curve accelerates pretty quickly, right?

You're right, I try hard enough thanks to @Jon. Here I give a photo of my Hulkberry;)

Wow, Jon. Now that's a great strain review! You could offer yourself out to the various breeders. They give you their latest and greatest seeds, you grow them and charge them to write a review.

And, since you can grow 20 or more at a clip, that could be a nice little business venture.

Wow @Kanno26, yours came out great!!!! Greener than mine. Looks like you got some purples and lavenders too. Great job. What's your take on the bud? Do you think the review was reasonably close to what you get from it or no?
