Both plants look healthy but my last grow and my current grow both did this. Just wondering why all of the tips are up. Stress? Ph? Over nutrients? Or are they just happy?

Highest the tent has gotten is 81 and that was 1 day. It sits at 70-75. 400w HPS I keep at 18 inches.
Fan blowing on it??

Yeah I have an oscillating fan that blows on both. It blows more inbetween the lights but hits the plants at the bottom end of its cycle
Looks like light intensity - its not leaf tip it look more like taco-ing to me.
If your fan is going sometimes some plants don't like strong winds - some dont like hot lights.
Some plants ok with both.
Your plants look fine really.
They move those leaves around quite a bit during lights on. You cant see them moving but for sure they are including changing shapes and such.
As long as healthy and no pests, I call it good enough.

It is a fresh bulb. Maybe I'll raise them a touch higher to be safe
