I appreciate you joining. I sure hope these ladies produce quite a bit as well. It's a lot of work but hopefully well worth it. There are a few things i'll do differently on the next grow though.

Here is a slight update: girls all got a rez change tonight with a little extra Kool Bloom for the P & K nutes that some looked like they were lacking. The ladies are getting bigger everyday I open the bedroom door...Looking SWEET!!! pistols on a lot of them and some are still behind. I'm making a stand for my side lighting which is the 4 foot shop light with the 2 6500k bulbs with 12 23W CFLS connected to the sides of the shop light. That gives me an extra 356W while the 2 4' floros are mixing up the spectrum a little with the 6500k's.
Humidity when lights off is still high...need to get to the store to get the dehumidifier quickly. Temps still around 75f - 81f. I tested the side light last night and the temps went to 81f. Should be OK. I have a few shitty pics of a few of the ladies roots and some of the flowers starting.

Thanks!! These bubblers are pretty simple but you need to stay on top of things daily. There are a few things i'll do diff on my next grow like, let the cups dry out more before putting water in the rez's and turning on the air pump, use black hose and use the correct 6500k CFL bulbs. All that, I think was hurting this grow and the size of the plants and roots. Also I think I would def use H2O2 from the beginning to add with the Neem oil and help stop these crazy gnats. Can't get to store until Tuesday to get some Diatomaceous earth to help keep them from getting back into the soil tops. Heard that the gnats or any bugs for that matter get all cut up and die trying to dig in the soil to have baby pains in the ass.

New Update:
Plants have taken off!!!
It looks like a JUNGLE in there now. Temps with side lighting are still about 75f - 79f and the humidity is 40% - 45% with the lights on and 70f was the low and still low 60's on humidity with the light off...picking up a dehumidifier on Tuesday to fix the problem before mold or bud rot want to join the ladies.
The first ladies planted and all the ones that seem to have made it past the stretch, all got a defoliation last night. One of the Lemon Kush is 21" tall with a massive root system while a few others are between 12 and 16 inches. The majority are still stretching and are bewtween 8 and 10 inches except for the 10 Ladyburn 1974's. They were messed up I think from the gnats and the wrong CFL lights during the 10 - 12 day veg. They are all about 6 -7 inches and just now starting to get some serious roots. They are a 9 - 11 week flowering strain and were the last to germinate. I propped up the 2ltr tray that they are in to make the best even canopy I could except for the 8 ladies that are huge. I put them in the 2ltr tray that I cut in half and put in front to get most of the side lighting. Everything has flowers now but the Ladyburn 1974's. I will continue to defoliate as they stop stretching to thin out the jungle and allow more light down low and for them to focus on producing buds. I gave them all new nutes tonight from the ph'd water that they had for 24hrs. Upped the ppm to 1000 and ph'd to 5.8, hoping they all love it!!!
I took some more crappy pics with the phone tonight of some of the roots and tops getting buds. Also a pic of the side light that I moved a few bulbs around on to hit the right spots on the larger ladies in the front row. In the pics it looks like some of the nodes are 6 inches apart but they are only about 1 - 3 inches on some.

Quick update for now then later tonight pics of the ladies .
Last night I defoliated a few more ladies and that makes 23 now. The 10 ladyburns are still growing strong and a mix of 5 still need a few more days before the haircuts. I'm fixin to clean all rez's tonight and feed the hungry ladies about 11 - 1200ppm of nutes including the KOOLBLOOM. I rearranged the area a little when my sister gave me 2 night stands she was tossing. I put the trays on top of the night stands instead of the milk crates and it allows the trays to slide on and off the tops with ease and it also makes it twice as high so I don't have to bend and break my back anymore. Most of the ladies are now about 12-15 inches and I hope they make for nice, fat bud sticks. A few are 16 - 18 inches with the one Lemon Kush at 22 3/4" as of last night. Was hoping it would have stopped growing so tall after the defol because I am shooting for them to finish up under 20 inches.
More to come later when I finish cleaning the rez's and feeding. Zepplin is the choice tonight.

Well down to 37 ladies. Another Critical Kush from Barneys hermied and the last one was growing all deformed but is doing great. She is about 19 inches and filling in pretty good. So out of the 5 CK's I bought from Barneys, 2 didn't germinate and 2 hermied. NOT buying anymore of those seeds even if it was something I did or not. All the rest are kickin ass except one Ladyburn 1974, she is way behind but catching up quick. In the pics, the 2 trays on the left are all the Ladyburns and a few that germed late but are all growing faster everyday. Measured them about 4 days ago and were between 4 - 6 inches tall, today they are 7 - 10 inches. All the rest are pretty much 15 - 20 inches. The one Lemon Kush seems to keep growing and growing and she is the only one by herself coming in at 26 1/2. I think she just wants the special attention. The Delahaze is starting to branch out like crazy and so is one White Widow and one of the mixed. I'm just going to let them do their thing since I only have one Delahaze and 3 White Widows. ( just to see the difference in yield )
So as of now there are 37 ladies. 11 Lemon Kush, 9 Mixed, 10 Ladyburn 1974, 3 White Widows, 2 Nebula, 1 Delahaze and 1 Critical Kush. All but one of the Ladyburn 74's are turning into serious looking BUDSTICKS!! YEE HAW PA!!!

I'm subbed now! That looks downright fantastic! And now that I have seen your bubbler design I'm going to have to give it a try! Luckily it won't be a huge change in setup for me but a whole new game when it comes to nutes. Can't wait to see your results!

This method from what I've read is supposed to grow the lady faster by a week to 10 days and should be able to gain more weight. From what I've seen on a journal here, it definitely put on more weight and I never paid attention to the time frame. Now I have no idea how you do your nutes but all I do is mix a gallon and add 2 tables spoons of h2o2 since I'm out of FloraShield. The two seem to work just the same and the h2o2 is cheaper. I make 5 gallons and that is what it takes to fill the 37 rez's. The next day I top it back off if they need it and I ph them daily. They all usually need just a tad bit of ph down. On the sixth day I dump out what is left and put it on my compost pile outside. I take each tray of eight and wash them out and then fill them with ph'd water, h2o2 and sometimes some Armour Si ( Silica ) til the next day at lights on. I just dump out whats left again and fill with nutes. Simple but also work. Gives me something to do.
When you get the air hose, try to get the colored or black hose as it keeps out the light. I didn't and I have to cover them all. I have all my air lines coming out the front so I just cover them all at once with a black trash bag. For the hoses coming out of the 2ltrs, I just cut pieces of pool noodles to place in the center of the 8 2ltrs. You should be able to see them in my pics plus it also helps keep the heat from the light from warming up the rez's. Hope you try it, it's pretty cool to do. Of course I've never grown before but like this method I chose first.

Thanks for all the info! After I finish up my current journal I think I will deff put about 12 of these in my SOG to compare side to side. If they do what I suspect they will it'll be on to more.
Did you consider pssibly using just the tops of the 2 liters and using a large Rubbermaid bin, cutting holes in the lid for the 2 liter tops to sit down in and using the bottom of the bin as the res so u would less res changes? Would that work the same?

Howdy Ricky Bobby! I do believe that it would work but, I don't think I could get too many in the top of the bin and would have to do quite a few bins in order to get the same amount of plants in one grow. I think that with a 10gal bin you would need about a 5 gallon nute rez so...that would be a ton more nutes being used. Just last night I ended up using 7 gallons of nutes to fill all the rez's since they are eating more now. Plus the size of the bins would defeat the purpose of more plants in a smaller space under one light to get a better yield per m2 of a SOG growing method. On another note, I would definitely need to have the same strain in each bin as the different strains need different food. This way I can grow all the different varieties I like and cut them at different times for different highs as to not build a tolerance. My plan is to have all these different strains to chop at 20-25% amber then chop a few more at 35-40% amber and last of 50/50% amber if any of this made sense. Add all that to the different strains and smoking or vaping or eating which all gives different highs from the same plant without using more each time to get the same buzz.
Anyway I'm rambling on. You'd think I was stoned already.
That's my take on the Rubbermaid bins with all my added babble.

Just a quick update:
The ladies are packing on the buds and weight and the foliage is coming back strong. I might need to give some a good defo this week Wednesday. I upped the nutes on most to 1300ppm and they seem to be loving it and I needed to make 7 gallons of nutes this time instead of 5...These ladies are eating more now and quicker.
I should have my KoolBloom Dry here tomorrow or Tuesday and the same for my new Dehumidifier. ( had to break down and get one DAMMIT!! ) the dark cycle the last 2 days has been about 65% humidity with 2 big fans blowing...Plus it has been cold and rainy here. Hope this new dehumidifier works well for my space...can't be having any mold!!.

Makes sense on the Rubbermaid bins. If I can find a long skinny one I may give it a try just too see since I have all the same strain. But I don't ever recall seeing one the size I'm picturing in my head. Individual bottle deff has advantages.
On Amber trichs , are you going for a more body/couchlock Buzz? I have done early and late and so far I have enjoyed the early harvest more but that's not for everyone .

Finally an update!!
I waited till the ladies started packing on a little weight to post. The KoolBloom Dry came in last week and the dehumidifier was suppose to be here then aswell but somehow got here on Mon the 2nd. Can't wait till 5:15pm today at lights on to see if the dehumidifier works worth a shit! NO MOLD NO MOLD...!!!
I took a few pics of the Delahaze and the one last Critical Kush along with 2 of the Lemon Kush. The Delahaze is on the left looking like a little 16" bush while the CK is next on the right and still growing all crazy and with big space between nodes. The Lemon Kush are kickin ass so is the Lemon Kush that grew to 28 1/2". All the Nebulas and White Widows and the 9 mixed are pushing out the trichs and fattening up nicely. The ladyburn 1974's are all on the left of the pics of all ladies and are I'm guessing, about 2 weeks behind all the others.
I left the ladies with Pearl Jam and they rocked out all day with Metallica!!!
Forgot to mention That I gave all but the Ladyburns their last haircut Thursday night and had roughly 2 ounces of fresh cut trichome covered leaves to put in the freezer. Friday I decided to not make any cannabutter because I wasn't sure how strong it would be so instead I put all the leaves in a food processor with egg, water and brownie mix, poured into an 8x8 pan and then covered it with salted caramel drizzle. I ate a brownie about 2" x 2" x 1" thick at about 11pm Fri night and had a slight buzz s at 12:10 AM I ate another. 1AM I was T - RASHED!!! HOLY BAT GUANO BATMAN!!! I could NOT get the smile off my face. I was up doin shit all over the house...dishes, mopping and marinating ribs for later that night. I fell asleep about 3AM and woke up about 6:15AM and was still high as hell until about 8:30AM. I've never had edibles before but the high was different than it usually is when I smoke it. Plus I haven't smoked in almost 20 years. ( could have something to do with it ) Who CARES!!!..IT WORKED PERFECT!!

Damn those plants just looks sooo happy and healthy! Beautiful job man. Looks like I are feeding them perfectly!
For edibles that is how I partake 95% of the time. I do butter and then make brownies and cookies n such. I love it. I make about 9 cookies with one stuck of butter and if I eat an eighth to quarter of a cookie I'm well medicated for 8 hours lol. Sound like u had the same experience !
