Lollipop yes or no?

Hey guys just wanted to get y’all I put on wether or not I should lollipop my oldest girl .Critical purple from G.C on about the 36 day , I presume she is in the first week to second week of flowering. This is my first grow and wanted some seasoned advice should I or should I not lollipop? And if I do how exactly do I go about ??? Thanks in advance ?

I would not lollipop if it’s your first grow. I would prune the bottom approximately 30% of the plant. Take any fan leaves that dont seem very happy, any shoots that look like they’re only producing very small buds, and any budsites that look like they’re not producing like their brethren.
But don’t do that all at once.. I like to limit myself to ~10 cuts every 3-4 days until I’m happy with how the light penetrates the canopy.

Then as the fan leaves die off as the plant progresses through flower, take the yellow leaves that are starting to droop or turn crispy.

@ChefDGreen tjanx for the awesome advice I’ll try it out after work and thnx I’ve invested a lot of time just in research we started off a bit bumpy but we seem to be right on track. Btw she’s been feeding of the ffof I have added any nutes at all except a bit of calimagic A few waters ago can’t wait to see finish product
