Longest verging cycle with a 250 watt hid light

I was wondering whats the most amount of days you can veg with a 250w hid light only one or two plants to maximize the yeild ?

Or maybe like 50 extra watts of cfl

You can veg for as long as you want. I take mine 30-40 days. It's all dependent on the size of your grow area. Remember, plants can triple in size during flower. So make sure you switch to 12/12 or train her so she doesn't outgrow your space. But to answer your question, you could veg for a year if you wanted to. Or longer. All up to you.

And don't worry about the wattage. She'll veg just fine under 250. It's flowering you want to add wattage to.

Thanks, if I veg for 30 or 40 days and lst how much should I yield in 2 gal soil ?

EasyRider nailed it, it's all about the training. Your answer would be determined by how or if, you are "training the plant" with no grooming/training, I'd say turn it before it is 18 inches tall, if it's past that, I'd bend it like a horseshoe, for maximum yield. Post some pics for a better answer!
