Looking for defoliation input?

Looking on some input wether I should defoliate any more today is day 23 of flower did a heavy trim on day 21 plants have been very healthy and well take care of.

What was the reason to "defoil"? I'm not sure that is good for plants.

Usually I will cut out all the lower branches but I do that early to mid VEG not in flower.

Your taking away energy the plant needs to produce flowers by cutting off the leaves.
Leaves have this really cool thing they do called photosynthesis. Thats a source of nutrition and energy.

Less leaves = Less energy = smaller plants and smaller flowers.
