Mikedin's FC-E8000 Run #2 Photoperiod Time!

Not too bad looking! Plugged the drains securely so I can water and drain individually for now will probably put them on something about 2” taller though so it’s easier to put something under the drain

Thank you! I know I’m still quite in the beginner status, I like building my own stuff lol, I’ll be picking up the tubing to tie them all together when I can,, but at least I know I can flush them if needed now, it was getting to be quite a hassle trying to get them through he door nonstop lol

Due to the conditions I worked through for the past 2 weeks through the holiday and blizzard I was awarded 4 extra days PTO tacked onto my weekend starting immediately, so that totals to the next 9 days off including today lol. So I’m happy as hell instead of work this morning I’m out back behind the house with my wife watching the ducks hang out in the creek 😁, oh and smokin ofc 😏

Next to the tents, 4x4 will be getting a full dose of flower fuel, cal-mag, and some myco

4x8, probably the same there a little over a week in flower (9 days)

Beautiful, that's great. :yahoo:
Hope you enjoy yourself.
Any trout in there?
Our river hasn't frozen over either.
Too chilly to fish though.

Well this creek has a massive dam down river I’m on the high side about 50’ deep about 200-250’ across, I have huge bass, crappie, some Pike and Muskie and some trout and salmon, the lower side of the river leads out to one of the Great Lakes a little north of me, that lower section of the creek is about 5’ deep and the bottom of the dam is a huge spawning area for lake trout. Brown trout king salmon etc, the lower section of the creek people come from states away to fish it, spawn just ended a week or 2 ago there’s a fishing path along the lower section that’s public land, to fish the spawn you have to get there at about 3 am, by 5am the whole shoreline is shoulder to shoulder people casting as well as out in the water the fly fishermen in waders are about 10’ apart down the whole creek, and the fish SLAM down there lol, hungry in the way up to spawn they swim right between your legs lol

We took a walk about about a few weeks ago down there, just before the spawn that’s when it’s nice to fish the largemouth comping up from the lake etc and not as many people fishing. Great summer walking path, you walk a mile or so up to the dam but the whole pasta is designed ti be fishable but look natural

Some shots of fishing the pier at the lake as well lol

I love living in the woods lol

Well surprise surprise look what showed up early lol, I’ll have to wait till tomorrow to install her, brother in law Will be by to assist, don’t wanna drop it on the plant in the scrog net, she’s a heavy light but mostly awkward to hang by myself, I could do it but it’s a risk so why take it lol

Tomorrow it is
I did plug her in and test it lights up no issues no scratches

We liked our house in the city but couldn’t stand being in the city. Moved 35 miles away from my work so it’s a long drive especially here with the snow all the time lol, but Just had to be out here in the country, tiny town up about 5 miles from me but that’s about it. We love it here.

They seemed super happy after the heavy watering today so I did some defol on the lower section (basically lollipopped them) found some PM tucked in here and there, amputated anything bad, I did an extra 1 part peroxide 3 part water spray down very heavy and just left ambient lighting until they where dry, I’ve been doing weekly spray downs but they where pretty thick in the middle of them even with how much I strip them lol

Gotta up their food for sure just got a new PH cheapo pen and calibrated. With the flower fuel and cal mag the I’m watering with 6.3PH but I realized I’ve been mostly feeding flower fuel but It’s only 288PPM, next if they’ve been growing like this with just that (yes I overworked myself and it slipped my mind lol) can’t wait to see what they think about some fox farms 3 part in addition to the flower fuel lol

Moved the light to run down the center of the tent, and staggered the girls out a bit now they have more space around them each it’s just not as neat looking haha, OCD is kicking in but I know it’s better for them, they where out of the light on one side but I noticed that that side of the plants was doing great, this light really can power this whole tent lol, I have it at 75% power at the highest plant’s top I’m at 12” hitting 850 PPFD, and at the shortest plant’s top at 26” I’m at 590 PPFD

Might prop up the short plants a bit and get all the canopy tops even 🧐, maybe tomorrow after I install the new light on the 4x4 and my company leaves maybe I’ll tinker around in there

Upgrade complete in the 4x4!
Phlizon FD6500, brought her down to 18” and started at zero on the power and used photone app same as I use with my FC-E8000 in the main tent to set the light and at 18” I turned it up until it hit 820ish PPFD, looked up to see the setting… 35% power 😎 wow haha

So without further ado, no more blurple lights in the main tents lol

Pics after 3 hours of running temp 79f RH 34% 👍👍👍

One 16” oscillating fan on the floor and one hanging… right through the light bars 😂

Anyone else ever have to deal with their wife laying in their tent to catch some UV rays 😂😂😂

I told her yes they have full spectrum light but I’m not sure if they would tan at all but she said if she can absorb some of the UV rays during the winter she’ll do it lol, she only lays in there for like 10 minutes but she affects my watering schedule I just had to send her over to the 4x8 with the FC-E8000 cus that tents watering is done lol

So there’s quite a size difference between the cookies Kush and the monstercrop clones as fast as height and width. So there’s only one correct solution in my eyes, a scrog net, the will get the back 4x4 section of the tent to herself net will be here today but I’ll get it in tomorrow, then I’ll be able to lower the lights down for the shorter plants to be happier lol

Also did a little supercrop testing on the cookies Kush, got a bit aggressive and snapped her I patched her up with some gorilla tape I had next to me at a 90 degree angle last night 🤣🤣🤣but… she said screw that I’m the tallest node I’m goin for it 😂

I’m impressed with the monstercrop clones they made some decent as hell main trunks they fattened up nicely I guess that’s what 4 months in veg does lol

Oh and I’ve stressed the hell out of these plants beyond supercrop more like torture I got extreme eight the “LST” and split at least 2 of them at the main trunk (over a month ago) and they recovered and bulked up even more

A5D168B5-5A23-466B-9E44-247DAAF1E697.jpeg

Cookies Kush now had 4x4 of the 4x8 dedicated to herself in a scrog net. 2 weeks since flip , she’s covered in nodes that are exposed now, and she was topped about 4 rounds to start with haha she is still Really flexible other 3 plants are together in the other side of the tent, they are much smaller (except one she could probably scrog too lol

Kinda cool to have a 4x4 scrog tent plus another 4x4 scrog setup in this tent lol

Plus a new time lapse view, this should be much cooler to watch 😁

Lower nodes have until next Thursday to come through the scrog if they aren’t very close by then they get chopped I’ll order a 2nd net if needed but they don’t seem to be stretching like crazy, of course they where very close to the light so we’ll see if she stretches more (probably will) and I’ll double scrog her she’s about 24” from the light now so she should reach up after her nodes turn up

Set a 24 hour time lapse 30 second interval to document the nodes repositioning should be cool

Didn’t like the time lapse 30 seconds bad interval haha but here’s how the 4x4 currently looks

All 4 had a healthy flush, and then some lower defol and some wires added for repositioning, the scrog net looks great, she really is taking up half the tent, well worth it, other 3 are quite squeezed in now lol

And then the 4x4 pics I took this morning, don’t as my about the little Debbie I had in hand for a size gauge at 7 am lol

Good morning Amigo :ciao:
Hope everything is going well.
Garden looks great this morning.
Color is good, growing well.
I noticed your rh is a touch low.:Namaste:
35 % rh isn't the greatest for transpiration.
If you could get it up into the 50's the girls would be happier. ;)
Just my 2 pennies.
Take care.

I would aim for 1.1 to 1.2 . :Namaste:

Morning! Yeah I usually try to keep it right in range but have been beating the crap out of some Pm I found so I dropped the dehu to 35% in the lung room and blasted them with copper fungicide since it was super early and no buds really developed yet, now that the preflowers are getting more dense I’ll switch to southern AG fungicide if I need to treat through foliar sprays. So far I’ve seen no recourrance after a 3 day stretch of 1 part peroxide 3 part water spray downs filled by the copper fungicide twice 2 days apart, also hit them with some Harvey bloom neuts yesterday

Also since the temp is 72 in the tent at the time that means my wood stove was running upstairs that day so the furnace didn’t turn on lol so that’s just light produced by the light bars

FF Bloom 2-8-4 1tsp / gal
Epsom salt 1 tsp /gal
Myco 1/16 tsp
Flower fuel 1-34-32 1 scoop/gal

Watered to about 15% runoff, all had a heavy flush 3 days ago, takes about a gallon to get 15% runoff, I ran about 4 gallons through each plant over a 3 hour period. They still looked happy as hell so yesterday was the big boost of neuts, today was the big neut boost for the 4x4 she was flushed the same way but she’s in COM stonington blend unlike the FF strawberry feilds in the 4x8 tent

Lots of yellowing in the 4x4 kinda resembles a potassium deficiency she’ll be 6 weeks from flip on Saturday so I think it’s a bit early for her to be fading, first 2 pics are of the 4x4 rest are in the 4x8

Gave the plants in the 4x8 all a big hit of southern AG fungicide once they dried off I lowered the lights 4” and bumped up the power to 80% to see how they respond

EDIT: how they respond to the light I’ve used the fungicide in last run with good results, I’m hoping it acts as more of a preventative than a treatment this time 🙃
