you can wait till they fill those pots then pop them out and fill in underneath with extra dirt and then put them back in so that it brings them up to the top of the containers.

That's what I'm planning to do when they get bigger !

as far as whether you will have room or not.
how big is your grow area?
how big are your pots again?
and do you plan on lsting?

btw how are they holding together?

The room really isn't the problem.
I'm just expecting a fairly long veg time for the SCROG.

The grow area is...
2 and 1/2 feet wide
6 and 1/2 feet long
and
7 feet tall

The pots...
I really don't know how big they are !
If I had to guess, I would guess around 8-10 gallon. If all the way full.

I put 1.5 cubic feet of FFOF plus some Perlite equally into both pots.
And 1.5 Cubic Feet is about 11.2 gallons , I'll say I put the rest to make it 12 of the perlite.

6 each ?
You think it will be enough ?

Probably more than I'd like with the scrog ! lol

The pots are holding together very nicely !
I did a big bracket on the bottom and did some staple stitches .
The ring they have really helped !
Then I added that ducting tape on the sides just to hold the dirt in.

Everything is running smoothly !

Third branch 5 leaves.
Forth branch 7 leaves !

I have not watered now for 4 days,
I want to make the roots grow searching for water as much as possible.
I'm gonna let them get slightly droopy.

I'm very happy with the progress they have made.

2 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 7 should be ok as long as you can reach them both to water and inspect them. i have 4 4gallon containers in a 2 by 2 by 5 space and they are doing ok

Since I do have 7 feet of vertical space to work with,

Do you think that I should reconsider the SCROG and go for more of an LST and try to grow them bigger ?

I could even lose the table and gain even more room if I needed it .

Of course everyone wants as big of a yield as possible,
And I was aiming for 7-10 with the SCROG, but what would be possible with my setup in your opinion ?

Anyone's feedback is welcome and appreciated !

i dont know about the sativa even with lst but the idica will be fine and you have plenty of room for 2 plants as far a length and width and with the screen you can really control how tightly together they stay. 7-10 i would say more closer to 7 but i only have experiencing with a 400Watt light but i will be stoked as hell for you if you out grow my assumptions

ps in your last post with that older pic you posted i thought i was on the first page of your journal and kept clicking the 10 to get to the last page for a while until i realized that i was already on page 10

Personally i think its not yield per crop that matters, but yield versus time. But imo i'd rather get 50g high qualty stuff than 75g low end skunk.

Tho personally i'd try and veg them a bit tall since you have this great heigth there along with some topping and just keep the screen high up incase they get taller than expected.

Otherwise, the SBC is looking so beautiful man

Still going for as much as possible, I'm dropping a lot of money and time in to not maximize everything possible.

That why I've gone ahead and decided to get the Fox Farm's Three pack Solubles.

When It comes down too it though your right,
My main goal is to have the best quality product possible.

One Month Update !

First six pictures are the Blueberry !

These next six pictures are of the Strawberry Cough !

Not too much to report on the plants for now !

Temps are staying fairly constant since the Re-Do of the Intake/Exhaust between 70-80 F .
(It's been cold one day and warm then next day for about a week now )

I still haven't watered. ( Almost a full 7 days now ! )

I will be giving them their first taste of Big Bloom on the next watering ! ( 1 Tablespoon per Gallon )

And since the plants are one month old if your going to "LST" them you need to start now before the stems become to woody and break

I've been considering a lot of different ideas for this.
( Bigger Plants / Lots of LST being one )

I can lose the table anytime, it's mostly there for convenience.
And since I am/was doing SCROG, height wasn't the first thing on my mind !
But, for this grow I am growing just these two plants !

I guess what it breaks down too is I want to maximize the space I have.
If I can grow two 4 - 6 ft tall plants to get more yield it is definitely what I will do .

What do you think ?
