this is it 2 weeks ago right after transplant (also suffering heavy nute burn—lost some foliage)

Check out horizontal growing. Better use of light and space.

Is that like scrog type stuff? I have horizontal space but my light is only a foot in diameter so I’m worried about coverage if I make it wide

Unless thats an optical illusion that V shaped pot is barely over half full.
Probably most of your sadness is from 5 weeks of being root bound.
Which if it gets big enough it could get root bound again in flower.
I would strongly suggest 15 gallon fabric pots in the future and filled to the brim.
And I would start spreading it out some and keep it low.

It’s an illusion there are 10 gallons of soil in that pot trust me
